Renarda Richardson Porter is a seasoned business professional
celebrating over 29 years as an entrepreneur. She holds an MBA from
Clark Atlanta University and is a third-generation graduate of Dillard
University. Her love of Real Estate started over 22 years with her own
quest to purchase and invest in the real estate market. Prior to becoming a
licensed Realtor, in 2009, Renarda owned and operated Body of Art Consulting
Group located in Harvey, Louisiana and co-founded House of Art Gallery located
in Brooklyn, New York.  Renarda has worked as a consultant and negotiated
licensing and publishing contracts for numerous renowned artists.

Renarda is an award-winning Realtor having garnered
multiple Quality Service Pinnacle Awards with 14 years in the Real
Estate Industry. She is on the Professional Standards Committee for
The New Orleans Metropolitan of Realtors. She also works on the Diversity
and Inclusion Committee and Fair Housing.  She is a Multi-Million
Dollar sales producer who also works tirelessly to give back to her
community.  11 years ago, she established “Operation
Houses for Heroes” which is a homeownership program dedicated to helping First
Responders (Police Officers, Teachers, Nurses, Fire Fighters, Physicians and
EMT’s). Renarda has worked with The Tom Joyner Foundation for over 10 years
assisting with the art facet of the annual cruise.  Funds raised during
the cruise helps fund scholarships for students attending Historically Black
Colleges and Universities. Renarda also volunteers with the Good Samaritan
Program which is dedicated to serving the homeless of New Orleans and the
annual Times Picayune Toys for Tots Program.

Renarda believes in bridging the gap and empowering
individuals to achieve their dreams of homeownership.  Renarda has an
At Home with Diversity Designation and C2EX which demonstrates commitment to
excellence. She is a certified Relocation Specialist and has extensive
experience assisting Veterans.  The one standard throughout Renarda’s
career is her attention to service and details.  She is a time conscious;
get it done, straight to the point professional.  She treats people the
way she wants to be treated and she’s on a mission to change their lives
through homeownership.
